Goat Wolf Bloody Mary

  • One tps Goat Wolf Hot Sauce
  • One tps fresh prepared horseradish
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 oz. premium vodka
  • 5 oz. of your favorite bloody mary mix
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Pint glass (or bigger) rimmed with Old Bay and filled with ice.


Mix all of the ingredients  in a separate glass shaker and shake well. Pour into your prepared glass and make sure you leave room for things like:

  • Bacon strip ( we prefer candied and smoked)
  • Pickle Spears
  • Spicy Pickled Green Beans
  • Stuffed Olives
  • Citrus Wedges (Lemon, Lime Orange)
  • Cooked Shrimp or Lobster




Goat Wolf Bloody Mary

Baked Goat Wolf Wings

  • 5 Tbs. Butter melted
  • 1 bottle (or More) Goat Wolf Hot Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 lbs. chicken wings (drums and flats)
  • 2 tps Baking Powder (Aluminum Free preferred)


 

  • Preheat oven to 250°F.
  • Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of cookie sheet.
  • In a large bowl, use your hands to toss the  flats and drums with the baking powder, salt and pepper until chicken is  evenly coated. 
  • Place wings on the rack in single layer and cook for 30 minutes. 
  • After 30 minutes, leave the wings in the  oven but raise the heat to 425°F. Continue to cook until brown and  crispy, 40-50 minutes. 
  • Whisk the butter and Goat Wolf Hot Sauce in a large bowl while the wings finish cooking.
  • Take wings out and toss in the sauce and serve.
